Ball Mill Brief introduction :

Ball mill installation:

a) Remove foreign bodies in the holes reserved for the foundation of the installation equipment, especially the inner wall of the holes shall not contain dust, oil, water and other liquids;
b) After opening the packing boxes, use the appropriate lifting facilities (crane/forklift) to move the main engine to the installation position;
c) Put the equipment in position, put the "live feet" in the mounting hole of the anchor bolt, and weld them on the chassis of the frame after putting them on the anchor stud, before the secondary grouting can be carried
d) 24 hours after the installation of cement strength to tighten the nut loading test machine;
e) Access to power supply
f) Installation inspection and correction of unsuitable places;
g) The electric cabinet shall be placed in the auxiliary machine room without installing a foundation
